FAQ
I. how does payment work?
To secure your spot on my calendar, a signed contract & 20% retainer is due up front for weddings & elopements. Then the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your wedding date. For portraits, a signed contract & 50% retainer is due up front and the remainder due the day of our shoot. I do offer custom payment plans if needed!
II. How do you deliver our photos?
You'll receive your pictures in an online gallery sent to your email. You'll be able to download all of your pictures right to your phone or computer!
III. We want to include our dog into our photos, is that okay?
I love your furry best friend as much as you do and I may not have even met them yet. The answer will always be yes for your dog to be in your pictures.
IV. How long does it take to receive the photos after our shoot?
I try to get them to you as soon as possible! However to save me some sanity I allow myself about 2 weeks for portraits and 5-6 weeks for weddings. During busy season I add on about 2 weeks to usual delivery time. Sometimes I can deliver them sooner so check your email regularly! I know how excited you are & waiting for them sucks but I'm making sure you get the best quality possible, trust me ;)
V. what should we wear to our shoot?
Once we're locked & loaded for our shoot, I'll send you a custom outfit guide! I will say I highly suggest neutrals and natural earthy tones! They photograph the best & have the most timeless look.
